Payment providers process payment details; we receive the transaction information needed to manage your order. Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Service providers include our website host, payment providers, Printful and delivery partners for order fulfillment, and MailerLite for email subscriptions. We share the order and recipient information needed to produce and deliver your purchase with Printful. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. 4. Data Security and Retention
We use safeguards to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our store currently has no automatic deletion schedule for account and order records. Records may remain until they are reviewed or a deletion request is handled, subject to tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and other legal requirements.
5. Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing info@digitalpiko.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal obligations or unresolved orders and disputes. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email; this does not stop necessary order or service messages.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
Cookies and similar technologies support the shopping cart, checkout, login, preferences, security, and site measurement. Technical information may include your IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, and interactions with the site. The site loads Google measurement tools, MailerLite, and TrustedSite services, which may receive technical or interaction information. You can manage cookies and site data in your browser; blocking them may affect cart and checkout features.
We also use your browser’s local storage to remember small preferences that personalize your experience — most notably the island you select on the homepage (stored under the key dp_island_pref). You can change your island using the island indicator, or remove saved preferences by clearing your browser’s site data for digitalpiko.com.
