Orders and payment
Check your items, sizes, colors and delivery address before paying. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Your checkout total shows applicable shipping charges and taxes before you place the order. For family sets, choose and check the size of every piece.
Made to order and delivery
Every piece is made to order and ships to all 50 states, including every island. Production and transit are separate parts of the delivery time. See Shipping & Returns for current estimates. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund of the unshipped items.
Sizes, colors and returns
Please check the relevant size charts and confirm every size and color before ordering, including each piece in a family set. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-selected wrong sizes or colors, or a change of mind. A replacement for a selection mistake requires a new paid order, including shipping. Wrong items, defects and misprints are covered separately under our Shipping & Returns policy. Orders placed before this update retain the policy offered at purchase. Nothing in this policy limits your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Product photos
Use the product details and size guide when choosing your piece. Colors can appear differently on different screens. Styling accessories shown in a photo are included only when the listing says so.
Our mission
100% of Digital Piko’s net profit supports Hana Lima Youth Foundation (HLYF), a Hawaiʻi 501(c)(3), EIN 41-2734590. Net profit is revenue remaining after product, fulfillment, shipping, payment-processing fees, taxes, and necessary operating costs. HLYF is developing Shop Cluster and a pathway that helps young people explore trades and prepare to apply for existing apprenticeships. A product purchase is separate from a direct gift to HLYF. Reviews and photos
You may receive an optional invitation to review your purchase. Reviews are never required, and we do not offer discounts or rewards for them. Your rating, review, chosen display name and any photo you submit may appear publicly with the product. Your email address is not displayed with your review. Share only photos you have permission to publish. To stop review invitations or ask us to remove a photo, email info@digitalpiko.com.
